Huawei and TeliaSonera/Netcom, today announced the world' s first mobile broadband Internet connection over a live commercial LTE network in Oslo, Norway.

US carrier New Core Wireless, in partnership with select rural wireless operators, has selected Ericsson to supply and implement its 4G/LTE network.  Under the terms of the agreement, Ericsson will supply New Core Wireless its Evolved Packet Core LTE solution, along with its LTE radio network to New Core Wireless’ partners. 

Japanese operator NTT DOCOMO has unveiled its 2013 summer lineup of 11 models, including nine smartphones, one tablet and one Raku-Raku SMART PHONE, for launch in Japan on or after May 17. All new models are compatible with DOCOMO's LTE service for a max.
